About Gelato By Patrizia

Patrizia Pasqualetti is a second-generation gelato artisan. She acquired the art of crafting gelato from her father, Giuseppe, who, in the distant year of 1980, inaugurated his first gelateria in Orvieto, a picturesque hilltop town in the heart of Umbria, Italy. In the mid-2010s, Patrizia relocated to Northern California and commenced exporting what has since become an internationally acclaimed brand. Today, she holds the esteemed title of gelato chef for Eataly.
