GEMELI was born from a moment most people would forget — but we couldn't. Two Gambian twins, Kweli and Kymali, visiting family back in The Gambia. Kweli gets food poisoning. The family doesn't reach for medicine — they reach for baobab. The fruit from the Tree of Life. A superfood their culture has relied on for generations. That moment sparked a question: why does nobody in the UK know about this? Baobab contains more vitamin C than oranges, more potassium than bananas, and nearly 50% prebiotic fibre. It delivers natural energy, gut health, and immune defence from a single whole fruit — no caffeine, no lab, no artificial anything. The science backs what West African families have known for centuries. Yet in the UK market, there's no brand making it exciting, personal, or accessible. No daily ritual product. No one telling this story. So we decided to build it ourselves. GEMELI is a daily performance nutrition brand for busy professionals who can't afford to slow down.
