It serves California attorneys that represent injured workers in contested workers' compensation claims.Gemini is a CaliforniaCorporation, owned by Dan Mora, Frank Smithson, and Jeff Pierce. Gemini was started as a sole proprietorship on June 1, 2004 by Dan Mora. The corporate office is in Rocklin, CA, which houses 75% of the employees.
