About GEN1

GEN1 is empowering the world to build by using frontier AI to make it radically easier for anyone to design and build high-quality structures, from backyard workspaces to beautiful, long-lasting homes. By combining intelligent design software with modern manufacturing, we turn ideas into buildable plans and real-world components, faster and with less friction than traditional construction. Our team has built and sold successful companies before, and we’re backed by experienced investors who deeply understand AI, automation, manufacturing, and construction. Together, we’re rethinking how things get built, making it simpler, smarter, and more accessible for everyone.
