About Genee

Most leadership training is forgotten the moment the workshop ends. we're building Genee to change that. We give every leader the ability to practice in the moments that matter. Genee combines AI roleplays that understand live context—with no manual uploads required—paired with on-demand human coaches. By embedding training directly into the work itself, we make growth continuous, measurable, and truly effective. We’re moving leadership from "one-off events" to a core part of the daily workflow.
