About Generational Equity Labs

Genrae empowers first-time homebuyers to own their share of the American Dream by making homes more affordable through equity sharing. We accumulate capital to co-invest in residential real estate alongside owner-occupiers. Genrae provides homebuyers access to affordable homeownership. We also created a new asset class of residential real estate for accredited investors. Both homeowner's and investor's interests are aligned as they each benefit from home price appreciation.
