Our journey began in the midst of industry layoffs, which inspired us to create a platform dedicated to helping Indian tech talent solve problems for upcoming startups and mid to large-scale companies GENZTECHPRO specializes in helping startups, mid-sized companies, and multinational corporations (MNCs) quickly build their teams through tailored consulting and employment solutions. Our consulting arm focuses on providing strategic hiring services for businesses outside India, enabling them to establish strong teams in India without the need for a physical office. We offer full-cycle recruitment services, including payroll management and ensuring strict data security protocols. Our services ensure compliance with local laws, safeguarding data, and managing background verification (BGV).
