The Geological Association of Canada (GAC) has been in existence since 1947 and is Canada’s oldest and longest-serving geoscience organization. GAC is a wide and diverse organization with Sections and Divisions, student members, campus liaison personnel and relationships with many other geoscientific organizations and international organizations . Every year the Geological Association of Canada and the Mineralogical Association of Canada jointly host the GAC-MAC conference, where geoscientists of all disciplines connect.
