We are a modern, second-generation family business that engineers, produces and sells systems for tool manufacturing as well as assembly lines and special machinery worldwide. Our machines feed, join, machine, test, measure and mark customer-specific products in automated processes. Since our foundation in 1995, our core competence has been in special machines and automatic assembly machines with customized process integration, primarily for the automotive supply industry. Our machines and systems for tool manufacturing produce carbide and diamond-tipped circular saws and band saws, carbide-tipped dowel drills and routers, diamond-tipped stone saws and circular knives. In this way, we support crucial processing steps for our customers: from basic body production with bore machining, tension rollers, soldering and grinding, surface treatment to quality control of the tipped saws. Our customers include companies from the wood, metal, plastics and stone industries as well as the diamond tool industry. As a family business, we believe in working in partnership with our customers and business partners. We listen to and respond to our customers' needs to ensure the highest quality and economic efficiency. We ensure this with a high level of vertical integration at our site in Aspach near Stuttgart (Germany). We adapt completely new systems individually to the requirements and wishes of our customers, always using state-of-the-art technology. We manufacture standard machines according to a modular principle. Gerling GmbH Maschinenbau was founded in 1994.
