About Gessner Engineering

Every day, we take peoples investments, design ideas, and dreams, and use our expertise to help bring it to reality. At Gessner, it is a joyful endeavor that is evident in the atmosphere in our office and the pride we take in our work. Gessner Engineering has been solving problems using engineering principles since 2003. Our headquarters are in Bryan and our growth has afforded us the opportunities to add offices in Fort Worth, Georgetown, and San Antonio. Our Teams provide Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Materials Testing. This gives us the unique advantage of having direct access to in-house experts who contribute to the various stages of a project. The collaboration that happens as a result has proven to be a benefit to the team members as well as our clients. Are you a fit? Ideal candidates: 1. Take ownership of everything that they do. Doing a great job is inherently important. 2. Value Education; always teach, always continue to learn. All of us are smarter than one of us. 3. Understand the importance of empathy toward co-workers and clients; consider all perspectives. Be approachable. Approachability is essential to collaboration and to the Gessner Engineering team driven environment. 4. Dependable. Not just a buzz word on a resume, an actual character trait.
