The Get GRIT Program is a tier one, evidence-informed, social and emotional learning (SEL) program specifically designed to support schools in their efforts to foster positive mental health and well-being in their students. The digital program aims to develop children’s social, emotional and communication skills for improved relationships, mental health and well-being and academic outcomes; encouraging students to develop emotional resilience, enhance their well-being and enjoy healthy, positive relationships.
