Founded in 1962 and based in Bergamo, Giasini S.p.A. is a family-owned company with over 60 years of expertise in the design and manufacturing of injection moulds and progressive dies for both thermoplastic and metal materials. We offer a fully integrated production process, starting from in-house design and toolmaking to component stamping and quality control. We are proud to be ISO 9001 certified and operate with a team of around 30 skilled employees, committed to delivering precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our facilities include: • A design office equipped with advanced CAD-CAM systems • A modern, fully equipped tool shop with the latest machine tools • A metrology department featuring both optical and touch 3D measuring machines • Stamping presses that allow us to produce finished parts directly on site Our mission is to provide high-quality, technically advanced solutions in tooling and component manufacturing, while remaining flexible and responsive to our clients’ evolving needs. To support this mission, we not only design and manufacture dies and moulds, but we also have the capability to produce soft tools for the prototyping phase, and we offer strong expertise in overmoulding technologies.
