After six generations of winemaking in Australia, the Gilbert family opened The Cellar by Gilbert in 2016. Located on the edge of town in Mudgee, the stunning sandstone building offers guests the chance to enjoy award-winning wines and small bites made from locally sourced and homegrown produce in a relaxed, wine-bar like environment. The Cellar by Gilbert offers both current and museum release Gilbert wines from Orange, Mudgee and Eden Valley.
