About Gimme! Coffee

Founded in 2000, Gimme! is a specialty coffee roaster and retailer with a thriving wholesale business; cafés in Ithaca and Trumansburg, NY; and a loyal following locally, across New York State, and beyond. In 2022, Gimme! Coffee became a worker-owned cooperative, and is continuing and expanding its mission of bringing great, unpretentious coffee to the community, using intentionally and meaningfully sustainable and ethical practices at every step of the supply chain.
