About Girl Guides Singapore

Empowering Every Girl to Lead with Confidence and Purpose Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) is a leading non-profit youth organization dedicated to the holistic development of girls and young women. Since 1917, we have been nurturing generations of changemakers through our values-based, non-formal education programme. As a member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), we are part of a global movement that equips girls with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to become leaders in their communities and beyond. Our programmes focus on leadership, community service, environmental action, global citizenship, and personal development - all within a supportive and inclusive sisterhood. What We Do: •Develop leadership and life skills • Promote sustainability and environmental awareness •Encourage civic responsibility and volunteerism •Advocate for gender equality and girls’ voices •Create meaningful international learning opportunities Each year, thousands of girls — from Brownies to Young Adults — take part in activities, camps, badges, and outreach projects that empower them to be confident individuals and compassionate leaders. ⸻ 🌐 Learn more: www.girlguides.org.sg 📍 Based in 9 Bishan St 14, Singapore 579785 | Est. 1917 | Member of WAGGGS
