GFT is providing top-tier programmatic experiences to open the doors of STEM and entrepreneurship, unleashing the potential of Black & Brown talent from K-12 and young adults to small business owners through workforce development and entrepreneurial support. We are devoted to democratizing professional success, while continuing to remove barriers and drive economic mobility for women and men of color through systemic change.

Founded in 2015 by Anthony G. Barrett and Sabrina M. Tucker-Barrett.
