About Girls Future Ready

We know girls are powerful. Our mission is to help them know it too. Girls Future Ready Foundation (GFR) is Europe's largest nonprofit organization for young women by young women. Founded in 2018, GFR has impacted over 107,000 girls worldwide, delivering $33.4 million in social impact value. Backed by partnerships such as BCG, Roche, Swarovski, Air France KLM, or the US Embassy, and operating across Europe, GFR equips girls aged 14 to 25 with the skills, platforms, and agency to become leaders, not in the distant future, but now. GFR’s global programs (including #HerStory mentorship program, #HerStory Masterclass patroned by BCG, GFR Summit, Youth Advisory Boards, Future Ready Resources, Girls Global Ready, #togetherforteachers) advance girls access to the skills, opportunities, network and confidence to become future leaders. GFR was founded by Zofia Kierner, an acclaimed social entrepreneur (Forbes 30 Under 30, VOGUE Leader 2023, .ORG Impact Awards Rising Star nominee), visiting lecturer at Harvard University and UC Berkeley, and member of the SDG4 Youth Council.
