Girlsport Collective has been created to change the game, not just for girls who play elite sports, but for every girl who wants to belong, lead, and stay in sport. We were tired of hearing "girls in sport become women who lead", without asking: Which girls? In what roles? At what level? Our answer? All girls. All roles. All in. Why We Exist. We believe: - Girls don't need to be selected in the top team to achieve and lead.
