About GKR Search and Selection

GKR Search & Selection is an executive search firm specialising exclusively in aircraft and engine leasing. Based in Dublin, we advise lessors, investors, and boards on senior leadership and critical hires across the global aviation finance sector. Our work spans Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and senior commercial, technical, and risk appointments, supporting both established platforms and high-growth portfolios. We have partnered with leading lessors headquartered in Ireland, the United States, Japan, China, and the Middle East, with mandates covering Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. GKR combines deep sector knowledge with a discreet, research-led search approach. We understand the operational, shareholder, and regulatory dynamics that shape leadership decisions in aircraft leasing, and we work closely with boards and shareholders on succession planning, leadership transitions, and strategic growth hires. Our reputation is built on long-term relationships, market credibility, and an ability to access senior talent that is not active in the market. 📞 +353 1 676 8891 | 🌐 www.gkr.ie
