About Gladd Solutions

For more than 20 years on a global basis, Gladd Solutions has delivered highly-accurate ultrasound corrosion analysis of hull plating for military agencies, dry dock companies, marine surveyors, and others. Providing operational confidence to vessel owners, insurance companies, and government agencies, our recognized ultrasonic hull plating side scan, ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT), marine corrosion surveys, and ASNT Level III services ensure the safety of the crew, cargo, and the environment. Deploying no-shortcuts, established techniques of automated robotic equipment, precise readings of plate thickness across the entire hull are captured every ½-inch. A comprehensive and accurate color-coded report detailing each plate presents current and potential corrosion issues, providing actionable information to facilitate more control over fleet management. We deliver a competitive edge to our clients enabling them to optimize surface force readiness by making cost-effective proactive repairs and avoiding emergency dry dock time. In addition to solving corrosion issues, we direct positive results through accurate data that expedite best possible outcomes when planning for long-term budgeting and maintenance. Gladd Solutions Company Level III services prepare written practices, procedures, and training. We can conveniently accommodate your schedule and logistics by delivering on-site UT training for Ultrasonic Levels I and II. Results-driven and supplying subject matter expertise, a certified ASNT Level III Ultrasound Technician is on-site at every job.
