About Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living

GCIL is a disabled people-led organisation, run by disabled people, working for and with disabled people. We believe that impairment doesn't disable people - barriers created by society do. Our core services: Self-Directed Support, payroll, and Support in the Right Direction (SiRD) support disabled people to access and use direct payments to live independently. They sit alongside our accessible housing and employment support service. All grounded in the principles of inclusive living.
