Glasilka specializes in organizing diverse events, event marketing, and in the field of public relations. Our mission is to creatively convey our client’s messages and content in memorable and dynamic ways that resonate with target audiences. Our team adapts to project needs and scale, bringing in expert professionals and teams—such as architects, scenographers, graphic designers, marketing strategists, photographers, filming crews, specialized technicians, directors, and new technology developers (including digital gaming and AI integration)—as required. We ensure events are executed with the latest technical equipment, creating an impactful experience for every project. We manage projects from start to finish, beginning with initial client alignment and overseeing all project segments through to final execution. In partnership with clients, we establish project goals and create engaging ways to achieve and exceed them. We provide complete logistical, content, technical, and operational support, including venue selection, detailed spatial planning, set design, and development of both physical and digital elements. Additional support covers accommodation, transport, required permits, and storage. Since our founding in 2013, Glasilka has partnered with some of the leading companies in their respective fields. We have a longstanding relationship with Rutar Group, the leading furniture company in Slovenia, managing their major events and team-building activities. As the main event agency for the Football Association of Slovenia. In recent years, we have successfully collaborated with Japan Tobaco International on concept development, organization and execution of their events. Glasilka is also active in organizing, marketing, and promoting musicians, Slovenian film, and visual arts. Our collaborations extend to prestigious cultural institutions, successful film production houses, music labels, and prominent Slovenian artists and creatives.
