About Global BMU

The Global BMU management team has over 70 years of experience in the window cleaning and façade access systems industries. We can advise you on the best application for your facility’s needs. We can provide both procurement and project oversight, or a turnkey solution to your access needs. We specialize in total system replacement projects for obsolete equipment, as well as safety upgrades for existing equipment that is still structurally sound. We are experts in creating a specific project timeline that meets your budget and deadline. We know no two projects are alike, so we operate globally to bring in the best resources to meet all your requirements. We have worked with management companies such as Normandy Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield, Paramount Group, and Brookfield Properties.
