Global Building is a private equity real estate investment firm that acquires properties through a number of investment vehicle structures and has purchased over $50 million of assets since its inception in 2006. We have created ongoing relationships with both institutional and non-institutional capital partners and lenders to acquire properties through real estate syndicates and funds that the company creates.
