About Global Care Foundation

Founded in 2009 by Joel St. Germain, Global Care Foundation (GCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making a lasting impact on children, families, and communities in need. Since its inception, GCF has hosted 18+ events and 36 donation drives, raising more than $150,000 to support local charities and causes. Today, we are realigning our mission to partner more deeply with faith-based organizations that share our passion for providing hope, resources, and opportunities where they’re needed most. Through strategic partnerships and hands-on support, we’re working to create a network of care that connects those in need with the organizations and individuals who can help transform lives. At GCF, we believe that compassion in action creates change. By uniting people of faith, purpose, and generosity, we aim to make a difference one community at a time.
