About Global Cooperation Institute

The Global Cooperation Institute collaborates with diverse partners to develop forward-looking approaches to global cooperation in the 21st century. Grounded in robust evidence and inclusive dialogue, we advance innovative frameworks—such as Global Public Investment and Circular Cooperation—that aim to enhance equity, mutual interest, and shared responsibility in international development. Our work supports new thinking on international public finance, knowledge exchange, and locally led solutions, with dignity, reciprocity, and sustainability at the core. We are guided by the humility to learn, the courage to explore new pathways, and the hope to inspire meaningful change.
