About Global Ectropy (San Diego, CA)

D-U-N-S: 079503584 CAGE Code: 76W71 Global Ectropy is a sole proprietorship whose mission is to increase sustainability, ECO-INDUSTRY, prosperity, life. We accomplish this through Holistic Business Permaculture Management (BPM): we help you integrate permaculture principles into your process. Where others see desperation we see promise and prosperity. We use sustainable and green development practices in order to generate an industrial climate in Africa that is holistic, ecological and sustainable for present and future generations. We are focused on FOR-PROFIT models for community manufacturing (aka The Maker Movement) through micro-enterprises. The Global Ectropy "space" is an experimental zone where those with shared ideals can come together to explore how to manifest the changes we wish to bring about in the business world. We also seek to share this experience globally. The African diaspora is everywhere (and is not just black). Many have heard the African concept of "ubuntu" (humanness/we are one). In Kenya we practice "harambee" (pulling together to help each other overcome tough challenges/tough times). In Puerto Rico we say "hoy por mi y manana por ti, asi que p'a lante" (we need to help each other because we are all connected; what is true today for me is true tomorrow for you so let's move forward together.)
