We help companies and agencies identify exceptional young talent for their teams, while at the same time providing life changing career building opportunities for the next generation of marketing leaders. Dedicated to the marketing industry the Global Marketing Exchange program recruits matches mentors and coaches talented international graduate trainees equipped with a range of marketing and digital skills with 12-month work experience opportunities at organizations, where they can add valuable support and a fresh international perspective while building their careers.
