About Global Media Campaign to End FGM (GMC)

Working directly with frontline women's organisations to eradicate FGM in 15 countries across Africa. We use proven strategies (Born Perfect Eradication Caravans/local media blitzes to eradicate FGM at a fraction of the cost of international partners. We bring the funding direct to the frontline on behalf of donor governments including the EU, Irish Aid, Iceland, Germany and Denmark. Having completely over 3000 media and caravan blitzes- our success rats: (94% Guinea Bissau, 60% success rate Sierra Leone and 85% Liberia.
