About Global Performance Audit Unit

Global Performance Audit Unit (GPAU) is a global authority specializing in the maturity assessment of strategy and performance management systems. Many organizations implement strategies, KPIs, and improvement initiatives, yet results remain inconsistent because these elements are not integrated into a coherent system. GPA Unit evaluates how strategic planning, performance measurement, performance improvement, employee performance management, and performance culture function together as an integrated system, enabling leaders to identify gaps and prioritize improvement. Our work is grounded in academic and business research and over a decade of global practice, contributing to the development of GPAU International Standards. The assessment methodology follows ISO 19011:2018 guidelines, ensuring objective, consistent, and credible evaluations. The Integrated Performance Maturity Framework assesses five core capabilities: • Strategic Planning • Performance Measurement • Performance Improvement • Employee Performance Management • Performance Culture GPA Unit offers a structured portfolio of assessment options: • SelfCheck – high-level maturity snapshot • QuickScan – internal baseline assessment • Diagnose – expert-led evaluation • Recognized – formal recognition assessment Through these assessments, organizations gain clarity on maturity levels, identify improvement priorities, and strengthen credibility with stakeholders, regulators, and investors.
