Global Step Academy Group (GSA) is an international education group that holds multiple operating companies and joint-ventures to provide online and offline international education for students between 3-12 years old. It's primary business is its "Global Step Academy" service which is an online international school that provides international education to students in pre-school to secondary grade level. It also operates 5 international preschools in Tokyo / Kanto region. Global Step Academy was founded on the know-how of two generations of accumulated international school teaching experience with over 3,000 international school students from around the world. Whether it is beginning English skills, maintaining current ones, or entering a top international school, Global Step Academy prepares students to think critically, communicate globally, and ultimately become "Global Citizens".

Founded in 2006 by Fedoroff Ivan, John Montgomery and Shohei Kameda.
