Launched in 2020, Global Talent Exchange is a fast-growing next-generation tech recruitment platform. India has a huge opportunity to become the digital talent hub of the world. However, the ginormous talent gap poses a challenge. GTX was created by two visionaries with decades of experience in talent acquisition- Avinash Bichali and Yadunandan MB- as a solution to bridging this gap. Our efforts are two-pronged. Our platform enables businesses of all sizes to access highly skilled tech talent from around the world, which helps them scale and compete internationally. With a specialized focus on emerging technology roles, our customer-centric approach to recruitment and rich community network has empowered several organizations to pursue innovation and achieve their goals seamlessly.
