Fields of Activity - Support in the conception/planning of objects with regard to the optimized use of timber components - Accompaniment of production/timber framing in the factory - Support/preparation of the construction site regarding procedures, delivery, storage, and assembly - Comprehensive logistics management from the factory to the construction site - Planning, accompaniment, and control of execution & assembly - Training of assembly personnel and quality monitoring of timber construction work - Documentation of timber construction work with regard to the interface between industry and customer (complaints, arbitration, settlement, etc.) - Process design and implementation of processing & manufacturing processes - Development of specific training concepts for employees
