About Global Women in Blockchain

Global Women in Blockchain (GBW) is a worldwide network of women who are actively leading digital transformation with blockchain technologies and digital currencies. The non-for-profit network, established in March 2018 on International Women's Day, has grown as a valuable organization of innovators and experts across a wide range of industry segments and use cases to introduce more efficient ways of working, greater diversity and importantly, enabling greater socio-economic benefits. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent, critical need to modernize and rebuild supply chain, healthcare and financial services. Our members are on the forefront of this effort, to bring greater accuracy, trust, transparency and immediacy to our global infrastructure, cities and daily life.
