About Gnarly Fit

Gnarly Fit is an elite hybrid training facility and lifestyle brand built for athletes who want more. We combine strength, conditioning, sports performance, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, and nutrition coaching under one roof—backed by a no-BS culture and pro-level programming. As an official HYROX affiliate and sponsor of Zoo City FC, we coach athletes from all backgrounds to move better, train harder, and compete at the highest level. Our custom men’s and women’s apparel line is designed to perform in the gym and turn heads outside of it. We don’t just train. We build legacies. And we rep the work—everywhere we go.
