About GOFISH! Collective

We help organisations unleash the knowledge and wisdom already present within them. We enable people to contribute to the full and to connect to their organisation’s collective intelligence and creativity. GoFish!Collective is a new-style consultancy: Our aim is not to give you fish but to help you go fish for yourselves. One of the core tools we have developed is a simulation, our Go Fish Swimulation. This is an embodied learning experience that shifts mindsets in a way that can’t be done with data and logic alone. At its core, it is a rich simulation in which participants make decisions, solve problems and strive to complete tasks in culturally diverse environments.
