We provide the workout - Every morning (seven days a week), you will receive a “Today's Workout” email. Tap the “View Today's Workout” button in the message and auto-magically get logged into your Glazed account to view and start the day's workout. We aim to keep you focused, with no workout choices and no chickening out of leg day. You provide the gym - With 60-minute workouts that utilize essential equipment found at every gym, you pick the venue. Watch the station videos to clarify any exercise movements you aren't sure about, tap the “Start Workout” button when you are ready to begin, check-off each station as you complete the sets, end by proudly tapping the “Complete Workout” button to log your workout and notify your trainer!
