We are the exclusive importer and distributor of Ohsawa brand macrobiotic foods, including Ohsawa Organic Nama Shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce), Ohsawa Organic Gluten-Free Tamari, and Ohsawa Organic Unpasteurized Miso; we distribute organic, heirloom quality grains, beans and seeds; and manufacture Gold Mine Organic, Raw Sauerkraut. We never have and never will knowingly sell foods that contain or are derived from genetically engineered ingredients (GMO's), irradiated foods, or foods that contain pesticides, chemical additives, colorings, preservatives, artificial ingredients, trans-fats, refined oils, flours or sweeteners.
