We work in the following sectors: Residential: Structural Design for House Extensions and Alterations, Loft Conversions, Structural Inspections and Surveys, Appraisal Reports and Investigations. We also help with surveys for mortgages when buying or selling a house. Commercial: Commercial Building Surveys and Investigations, Substantiation of existing structures and design of new buildings. Power Sector: Extensive experience in the UK power plant sector in Civil and Structural Works in Coal, Biomass conversions, Nuclear industry Pharmaceutical: In depth experience in working in the Pharmaceutical sector and understanding the sensitivity and the priority of processes involved, to ensure that Structural works do not compromise the production rate.
