About Golden Hour Oasis Studios

Golden Hour Oasis Studios (GHOSt) is more than just a recording and design studio—it’s a creative sanctuary in the mystical expanse of Joshua Tree, only minutes from the park’s entrance. Here, analog warmth meets digital precision, with an arsenal of vintage synthesizers, drum machines, high-end mics, preamps, and effects designed to capture sonic magic. Whether you're laying down tracks, mastering your masterpiece, or crafting immersive soundscapes, we are here to bring your vision to life. Spanning two acres, the GHOSt property offers a three-bedroom villa, a state-of-the-art home theater, a game room, and a saltwater pool. Unwind in the hot tub beneath an endless desert sky, wander through lush gardens, and draw inspiration from the breathtaking surroundings. At GHOSt, creativity isn’t just encouraged—it’s inevitable. In addition to the studio, the GHOSt Record Label was founded in 2023 as a platform for distributing the work of Golden Hour Oasis Studios owner/operator Sean Horton aka Nordic Soul, Calico Dusk and TRHOT. Looking ahead, GHOSt will expand its focus on A&R and licensing to build up a repertoire of composers, songwriters, remix artists and engineers who share Sean’s creative vision for emotive, independent music that defies categorization.
