About Golden Opportunity Skills and Development (GOS&D)

Golden Opportunity Skills and Development (GOSAD) is a long-established community-led organisation based in Ealing, West London. Established in 2003, we empower individuals and families—particularly from disadvantaged and marginalised backgrounds—to improve their lives through skills, wellbeing, and inclusion. Each year we support over more than 2000 local residents through programmes spanning employability and skills training, digital inclusion, ESOL, health and wellbeing, youth diversion, and community advice services. Beyond service delivery, GOSAD plays an active role in systems change — working collaboratively to influence how local systems respond to inequality, exclusion, and the cost-of-living crisis. We believe change happens when communities are involved in designing the solutions that affect them.
