About Golden State Readers

We are a coalition of students across California dedicated to fighting book bans and educational censorship. We partner with organizations such as PEN America and Diversify our Narrative to host educational summits and institutes. We are currently working on our 1000 Book Fund, a project dedicated to distributing diverse and banned literature to students with restricted access to these titles.
