About Good Developments Group

GDG is a real estate venture team building communities and companies to catalyze innovation and inclusive progress. Our team — made up of real estate industry specialists and cross-disciplinary innovators — works alongside our best-in-class collaborators to enhance quality of life as it relates to the built environment, including through creative rehabilitation concepts, off-site construction, and blockchain technology. -- We are the developers of Gateway South, a ~100-acre mixed-use neighborhood located directly south of the Arch Grounds in downtown St. Louis. The innovation district attracts leaders in the building and construction industry, collaborating and co-locating to actively produce more efficiently. Gateway South is activating St. Louis’s heritage in advance manufacturing to make it the "Construction Capital" for the industry’s ambitious next chapter. More at GatewaySouthSTL.com
