Good Future jobs and careers

About Good Future

We chart paths to a good future: where people who work for a living can make a living, and where businesses and communities thrive together. Strategy + Story: As strategic advisors, we help shape economic mobility strategies like good jobs and employee ownership. As storytellers, we make complicated systems simple, and broaden awareness of bold and inspiring solutions. Strategy Studio: We partner with change makers to shape strategies that honor both workers and businesses as collaborative partners in building more resilient companies, economies and communities. We move solutions from ideation to implementation. And then amplify them. Story Studio: The best ideas often get stuck: buried in webinars, whitepapers, and the halls of academia and policy. We move them into the hearts of everyday people. Through narrative and media, we shine a light on solutions that deserve to be seen, shared, and scaled.
