We’re Good Morning April. GMA helps leaders and companies to explore, evaluate, design and build the workplace of the future, so that they can create just that kind of modern organization that suits them. GMA focuses on the intersections between the customers' company, Futures Thinking, and Future of Work. GMA focuses on advisory and consultancy projects for private companies, Danish and international. We focus on scale-ups and large corporate companies. We make all of this happen by * Being interested in methods, trends, signals, cases and research within Future of Work and Futures Thinking (Research). * Communicating our ideas and thoughts through keynotes, articles, podcasts, books and other media of our choice, so that the leaders can be inspired and engaged (Inspire) * Making it possible for leaders to find a solution, get started, get help, solve their problem, create a way forward, and get continuous support and good advice; primarily strategic and tactical (Enable). * Driving selected projects and programs together with the leaders so that the ideas and architecture for the modern organization become reality (Drive). What’s with the name? “Good Morning“, because it is a welcoming greeting of a new beginning. “April” because it’s the month of spring, power, nourishment, and growth. And because the name is rooted in the Latin Aprilis, which is derived from “aperire” that means “to open”.
