GoodEnoughChats is on a mission to normalise men talking about what's bothering them, before it's too late. Born out of his own lived experiences of mental health, host Dan Bowsher started GoodEnoughChats as a passion project to chip away at the stigma, one chat at a time. Starting as a podcast in March 2024, GoodEnoughChats is evolving into a unique platform, already featuring dozens of powerful, raw conversations with men, spanning age groups, ethnicities, sexuality, and all manner of mental health conditions and experiences. These conversations showcase relatable lived experiences so people can turn to them when they - or someone they care about - needs to hear them. Everything you see and hear in the chats is purposefully unrehearsed, unscripted, and unedited, just like many of the conversations men will have when they choose to share their own experience for the first time. The podcast remains at the heart of GoodEnoughChats as the platform continues to evolve into a living, breathing community of experience and advocacy, with the potential and desire to do more to help destigmatise men's mental health.
