About Goodity Co

Goodity Co is more than just a therapeutic clinic, but a community where conversations of positive mental health can start. We believe therapy should be accessible and not necessarily restricted within four walls. Our approach is based on trust and respect as the core of all human relationships - and it starts with our clients. The Goodity team has built a culture of unconditional openness, support and positive regard - because every individual’s wellness is at the centre of everything we do. Goodity Co provides professional therapy services for a wide range of issues, mental wellness workshops for both corporates and informal groups, as well as content creation on social media to bring more awareness to mental wellness into the public.
