About Goodworx Aust

GOODWORX is a joint initiative of OAK Services Group and Kadyn Civil & Drainage, which was formally established as GOODWORX in 2024, but has been operating successfully through both OAK Services Group and Kadyn Civil & Drainage, and also during a period as TRADEN Construction School (an Australian Registered Training Organisation), since 2021. GOODWORX is a Youth Development Program that provides young people with valuable hands-on experiences, education, and future career path opportunities in construction and related industries. OAK and Kadyn have now invested heavily in the formalisation and establishment of GOODWORX, and are now calling on likeminded organisations to ‘join the cause’ in supporting and providing ‘real world’ opportunities and genuine future career path options for aspiring young Australian men and women.
