About Goralski & Associates

Goralski & Associates is a social sector consulting firm driven by a shared passion for helping mission-driven organizations achieve maximum impact. Founded by Josh Goralski and Julia Holmertz, we leverage our combined experience in social enterprise leadership, nonprofit management, and strategic consulting to empower your organization to thrive. We believe in building strong foundations. Our philosophy, "Start smart, scale strategically," reflects our commitment to providing practical, data-driven solutions that are tailored to your unique needs and budget. We'd rather partner with you to build a sustainable, impactful organization than overwhelm you with a large, expensive project.
