About Gorilla Jobs

Gorilla Jobs was established in September 2017 by two Recruitment Experts who had the vision to disrupt the Medical Recruitment Landscape and provide exceptional Recruitment Solutions to the Medical Industry. Gorilla Jobs established itself to a Healthcare Recruitment Leader in Australia covering 6 business units (Doctor Recruitment, Pharmacy Recruitment, Medical Imaging Recruitment, Dental Recruitment, Nursing Recruitment and Allied Health Recruitment). Recently, we added a Legal Recruitment Unit to the organisation with the goal to replicate our Healthcare Recruitment Success. The Gorilla-team is made up of highly influential and driven consultants, who are given the freedom and flexibility to operate autonomously and freely, with limited constraints. Gorilla Jobs was formed with the purpose of delivering exceptional results to Clients and Candidates alike; by optimising the recruitment process, focusing on people values, and importantly the quality outcomes that are derived through industry experience. Our team of consultants has grown since its inception from 2 to 18 in the space of three years. Not only have our consultants achieved exceptional results in such a short time, but our clients have also benefited greatly – the team here at Gorilla Jobs has been directly involved in placing over 500 Healthcare Professionals in new positions around Australia. Our vision is simple: "Changing the landscape for Healthcare & Legal Professionals, who are searching for new roles; by being disruptively bold in our professional advice; So extraordinary that value is created, together."
